Bottling the Cider

I bottled first batch of cider in years (any homebrew for that matter) on September 22nd, 2025. The cider was left ferment for just over 5 weeks now. By the day of bottling the cider has begun to clear up nicely now.

I used about an ounce of honey and sugar to prime these.

I worried my oxygen control was not that great, I did make a lot of unnecessary splashes and ended up fill the last bottle using a measuring cup (albiet slowly and carefully to attempt and avoid oxyengation).

In two weeks I will pop one in the fridge and give it a try!
